E-Verify Posters

 

Under Federal law, employers are encouraged to E-Verify all new employees. In Arizona (and a number of other states including AL, MS, NC, SC, TN, and UT) all employers are required to E-verify new hires. Employers who E-Verify are required to post the following notices in a visible place at the location where they hire.
